Return & Store Policy

Bike Fernandez will not accept returns on used or damaged items. All items (including bikes) must be unused and in original saleable condition with all packaging and labels to be considered for exchange or credit store. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days from the date of purchase.

Special order items are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.

Returns on bicycles are accepted (at the discretion of the store) within 5 days after the date of purchase with receipt in new, unridden condition. Must not show any signs of use. 

Special order bicycles are not eligible for return. Electronics are not eligible for returns. Close-out items are not eligible for return.

Bike Fernandez will not be responsible for any bicycles or merchandise left in store after 30 days from service completion date or purchase date. All items left after 30 days will be sold or disposed of without notice. 

PAYMENT

All major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and Cash are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full at the time of the purchase. All items and products remain in the property of the Company until paid for in full.

Layaways (in store only) may not exceed 60 days.  Only bicycles are eligible for Layaway purchase. A 10% fee is applicable to the total price for Layaways. After 60 days any deposit will be forfeited and the bicycle will be returned to inventory without notice.

SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

In-store pickup is available for all items, including bikes. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. All orders need to be picked up within 30 days.

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one to five business day of being placed.

We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

​Before shipping to you, the bike is assembled and packed. Some parts such as front wheel, saddle and bars will arrive unassembled in order to fit the bike into its box. These are commonly adjusted parts that can typically be installed with an allen or hex key.

A FAULTY ITEM:

Email us at fernandezstore1@gmail.com and we will assist you to resolve the issue. Bike Fernandez reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty based on quality inspection. If there is an error, a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a store credit issued.

Bike Fernandez cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, accessories, etc.).

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM:

Please email us at fernandezstore1@gmail.com, describing the problem and providing your order number and the items incorrectly sent.

Processing time:

It takes 5 – 10 business days for us to receive your package, inspect your return, process the inventory, and complete your credit or exchange.

Any items returned that are damaged are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur. Fernandez Bike reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders if there are mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status (regardless of the source of the error).
